If you are like me, your priority list gets mangled as soon as you walk in your office door each day. What you want and need to accomplish often gets pushed aside by the ever expanding needs of everyone else in your office. Some very important improvements seem to get permanently banished several lines deep in your 'to do' list, never to see the light of day.

There is nothing that screams 1983 louder than that credit card machine on your front counter. It’s a relic of a bygone era. A paperweight taking up room on your counter and making your office seem like Disco is still all the rage.
Aside from the obvious reason of introducing our company and products to you and anyone who happens upon this blog, we have a passion for a wider message. We believe that healthcare professionals deserve to be let in on a great secret. It’s a secret that has massive benefits for the financial health of their practices, and by extension, themselves.

We’ve learned a lot in twenty years of providing payment services for practices. One very clear lesson is that patients tend to complete treatments that they are actively paying for.

In the complex world of healthcare, fee publishing is a tricky business. You don’t want to give your patients the wrong impression by publishing fees that may not apply to their situation. If publishing fees will lead to patient confusion, it may be best not to. But for most practices, publishing a list of your most common fees can be very helpful and a great way to build patient trust.
