I recently met with a successful group of pediatricians concerning their approach to patient payments. They run a very healthy practice with four providers performing about twenty thousand patient encounters per year. After a robust conversation about their policy and process I asked them what the biggest frustration was about patient receivables. The response was an eye-opener for me.
