Have you seen the recent stories about Chick-Fil-A? Not the ones that bash them for their stands on hot button issues. But the ones that report they are America’s favorite fast food restaurant? And the ones that talk about how they train their employees?
It may sound old-fashioned, but it still works. Politeness is still popular. Chick-Fil-A trains their employees to say ‘please’ and ‘thank you’. Seems like simple kindergarten stuff that everyone should already know, but emphasizing it, making it a habit, pays off from a personal and business perspective.
